How do i get to speak to a human from ebay, this site is stressing me out im about to delite this acvount and forget hole thing, nearly 2 hour now just tying to sort a basic problem, fed up now and got stress head ache

I purchased a car this morning but ebay isnt letting me pay for it online

You cannot pay for vehicles online.

You are supposed to pay when you collect the car and have examined it thoroughly and are happy everything is as stated in the listing, there is no buyer protection when buying vehicles, if it doesn't match the listing you can ask the seller to cancel

It's just as well that you couldn't pay for it online!

Do you realise that there is no buyer protection for motor vehicles bought on eBay?

You need to view and inspect the vehicle, or have someone do this for youbefore you pay for it. Also have it HPI checked and make sure all the paperwork is in order.

Once you have paid for it there is no protection from eBay, even if turns out to be stolen, a wreck or not even to exist.

Didn’t you notice the payment method on the listing?

So many vehicles for sale on ebay do not even exist, so paying sight unseen, you could just be giving away your money and ending up with no money, and no car.

eBay don't accept online payments for vehicles, if you look at the listing then at the top, under payments, it will say cash on collection.
