Due to an address error on 2 listing's, I had to manually write addresses & pay for postage myself, however I then couldn't mark the items as dispatched. I contacted customer service & they said to create the label & the item would then be marked correctly. I now realise this will mean I am not given back the postage costs. What can I do?

If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used.
