Put in a return request for a 3 item order and filled in the relevant details. Ebay option was to send them back free of charge by Royal Mail (collection).

Used that option, printed label etc to find out that Royal Mail will only accept items up to 20kg. The 3 items weigh 9 kg each with dimension of 1800 x 700 x 45 each.

I assume Royal Mail will refuse to take these.

If so what do I do to get them returned. How do I get ebay involved?
