I lost a sale had to refund the buyer. I have sold 100s magazines globally and to USA no issue at all! &nbsp;Has anyone ever experienced this and why would a vintage Vogue be rejected it's not a dangerous item?? So frustrating&nbsp;and eBay have been unhelpful even though I have been with them for over 20 years.
