    <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent a parcel to the seller and today I ckecked the tracking number. I always check the tracking to see if it arrived.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Normally the parcels arrive without problems, I didn't have any problems until now. I got a problem and I don't know what to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I pay the postage, everything correct, I used the ebay QR code, showed to the post office, they printed the label and put it in the parcel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I saw this message in the tracking history:&amp;nbsp;Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at &lt;STRONG&gt;20-05-2026&lt;/STRONG&gt; as it was not possible to identify the delivery address. It will now be returned to the sender.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I didn't put a return address in the parcel. I never done it. Always the parcel arrived.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't understand, when the postage address is wrong, ebay show a message and ask to change it. It didn't happen this time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spoke with the seller and the seller said:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I have lived in the same building since 1985! God knows why they can’t deliver. If you csn deliver to a parcel shop or a locker let me know or it’ll have to be a refund. Country is going to the dogs.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I listened many Youtubes vides of sellers caling ebay and talk to real people. I only can speak with AI, I cannot see any phone number provided in my seller page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone knows a phone number? Anyone could tell me what I can do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no phone number, it's a Call Back option and it's not easy to get a ' live agent'&amp;nbsp; but try some of&amp;nbsp; the things people have tried below.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Use this link below, to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will keep it as Solution even I already resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I searched online and I read that when they don't have time to deliver all the parcels, to take it out of the van they need to do a form and they put in the form whatever they want to put.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This early morning I saw an update in the tracking saying that the parcel was ready to deliver and they gave a time slot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At 8 am I called to Royal Mail and I tried to speak with a person, it took me almost two hours after few attemps trying to give the tracking number to the AI, waiting for a long time and finally asking online how to bypass the AI, I did, wait for a long time again but at the end I spoke with someone and told me that maybe they had a problem with an scanner.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, they attempted to deliver and apparently the person wasn't there to take it. I wrote a message telling him, I know now the parcel is near him, they attempted to deliver then I don't need to worry anymore. Now, it is his responsability to pick up the parcel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He said he was there all afternoon and he doesn't believe the message they wrote in the tracking.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The message is:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Sorry, we tried to deliver your parcel on 21-05-2026 but there didn't seem to be anyone in. If this is the first delivery attempt, we'll automatically reattempt delivery of your parcel the next working day so you don't need to do anything. If this was a second attempt, then we will hold your item for collection. Alternatively, you can book a redelivery for a different date that suits you. Please choose an option below.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I hope he will get it but now it is no my problem, now I know I don't need to return any money for lost parcel.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are correct, and an attempted delivery means ' delivery' in eBay's eyes, benefits the seller as any case for item not received will close on the seller's favour.&lt;/P&gt;
