I have for the first time created a listing but it dosent seem to be working

Have you set up selling side of account, added bank account and had it verified?

You may be prevented from listing an item, because you have not fully or correctly registered with eBay's Managed Payments.

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified. The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive, and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed, you will be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales.

This will show you how to register for eBay's Managed Payments.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services, who have full access to your account, and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.

If you need to later, contact eBay Customer Services it's not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.

Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.

Have you set up for Managed Payments?

Have you registered a bank account to receive payouts from sales?

Have you received 2 micro deposits and confirmed this back to eBay?

If not, please follow my links and instructions above. Every seller has to be fully registered for eBay's Managed Payments to be able to list items for sale and receive payouts from those sales.
