think ive been scammed

Just had email from ebay saying a buyer has raised a payment dispute looking to get back £300 for pair of Louboutin shoes I sold way back on 15 February saying that they never arrived. Tracking shows shoes were delivered and indeed the buyer left feedback. Funny how this report goes in 90 days later. So I have to issue refund and have lost shoes also? Can I sue the buyer for fraud, what exactly will ebay do about the seller lies. The address was appleby in cumbria synonomous with a certain demograph of the popular. Definated been scammed. Any advice what I can do?

Point out to ebay that tracking shows as delivered, and enter tracking into the opened case.

There should be no question of refunding to a case where proof of delivery exists and in any case well outside the 30 days allowed.

Buyer may have started a chargeback through his payment provider with a longer time to claim, but proof of delivery must still be good enough, but this must be pointed out to ebay.

If this is an eBay case opened, it can be opened , but it cannot be escalated, then it will just time out and close. The time to claim with eBay r the buyer, has expired.

If this was a charge back from their payment provider, that's a different matter. They're in time for this claim.
