Hello. How can I contact a human at ebay? There seems to be a restriction on an item I have listed which means a buyer who has contacted me can't bid. Thank you.

What is the item? If restricted then there is nothing you can do with that item.

Why is it violating an ebay policy?

Hello. I can't see any reason why it is restricted. Please see https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/397938860111 I have changed the words a couple of times to see if that helps but the potential bidder is saying it is still asking him for a credit card, which he does not have. I have asked him to contact ebay as well.
