Collection only listing not appearing on local map

last week I created a listing for a swimming pool I wish to sell. It is advertised as collection only but when I look at the map under the collections tab with the post code I provided, the item does not appear. Any ideas why that is?

Never looked at a map for collections, but all I get is a map of Battle, but as addresses cannot be exchanged until bought and paid for that is probably why pick up point not shown.

Out of curiosity it does say 45 miles from me, but it is more like, but probably not making allowance for the river Thames crossing.
