Sending an offer

I have an item for sale and it’s being watched by a buyer .. I’ve been prompted to send an offer by EBay but when I put the offer price in the send offer tab remains grey instead of blue so I can’t send it .. any ideas as to why this is ? Could it be that as the listing is for 3 identical items the same so buyers have an option of how many they want ?

There is probably also something saying it is not eligible for an offer.

At the top of your active items on the right click FILTERS. In the filters click offers, then click at the bottom for details, and that may tell you why not valid.
