Hi ive purchased a mountain bike. Buy it now price. Ive messaged seller to arrange collection and have had no responce for 4 days...

Can anyone help?

No one can force seller to communicate, I assume you have paid, and all you can do is after the expected delivery date has passed, open a not received case to get a refund.

After you have refund, leave negative feedback and mark fown star ratings. Just say “Seller did not complete the sale”.

The waiting time is usually a week, so try then.
