Account Suspended Without Clear Reason – Need Help

Hello everyone,

My eBay account, which was around 3 months old, suddenly got suspended without any clear reason. I’m really confused because I don’t believe I violated any policies.

I also tried contacting eBay chat support, but it’s not working for me. Has anyone faced a similar issue or knows what I can do to get this resolved? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

We cannot be sure because as members like yourself, we have no access to your account.

At a guess because this is a new selling account it might be that you have not registered for eBay's Managed Payments correctly?

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified. The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive, and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed, you will be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales.

This will show you how to register for eBay's Managed Payments.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services, who have full access to your account, and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.

Contact them through the link below, it seems to be only an automated chat no Call Back option if using a desktop browser, but others have found a Call Back option on the app or mobile browser.
