Good morning, I have sent an item using their evri label but it’s not registered that it’s been sent and they have received it . The buyer is ignoring me and I can’t find where to manually put the tracking number in for it to update , there is no option which I have googled and it says there is . What happens now that it says it’s over due delivery? I have sent a picture of the tracking number to the buy the day I posted it .

Do not worry, only if buyer opened a not received case would you then be able to add tracking to prove delivery.

If you used a simple delivery label, or one bought through ebay using custom postage, the tracking should have automatically been added to the sales record.

If you listed it with simple delivery and then did your own thing, you can't enter the actual tracking now.

You will still get paid and will be able to add the tracking in to any case the buyer opens.

Hi , thank you for your reply . I think they used simple delivery and I used their label but I’m not sure that the post office did something but I did have a tracking number . Do you know when it will just automatically sort its self out ?
