Resolve a listed item issue

I have an item eBay has asked me to resolve prior to listing but I can’t do anything with it? All the options are greyed out and I can’t delete it and start again? Any advice

You will need to relist, you do not need to delete it, in fact you cannot delete it, but it will eventually disappear after I think 60 days. There is no risk of duplicating and for example selling twice, as you cannot do anything at all with that listing.

Are you aware of what the original problem was, so that when relisting it does not get blocked again.
