The DPD tracking in my order says 'delivered'. I was 'click and collect' to my local pick up point. I didn't get an email with a collection code and can't see one in the item details. What should I do?

Try contacting ebay and see if they can resend you the code. You can ring them or request they ring you by viewing this link on your phone - not on a laptop or PC:
