Royal Mail parcel uplift

I had booked Royal Mail to pick up a package this morning. Postie told me he hasn't any details of this on his hand held machine and he didn't get any labels from his boss. What do I do next?

If you booked collection in the morning, probably it went through after the postie was out doing their routes, in this case it will be collected the following day. However, if after that they still have no details of the collection at all, maybe the collection didn't go through.
