It said it had been applied.<BR />I was in a hurry and paid having no reason to check the amount as I had never had a problem in 21 years of buying.<BR />But the voucher was not applied and the chat agent was completely unable to help without the voucher code (which I obviously have no access to now).<BR />Are we supposed to take a note of every voucher we use in case they subsequently disappear?<BR />The chat was very blunt and unhelpful - unlike, say, Amazon.
