Seller cannot send address for collection

I bought a set of chairs and have paid by card for the purchase, the details show that the items have been paid for.

The seller is saying that he is getting a message saying that he is unable to send address details until the item is paid for.

We seem to be at an impasse as somehow his end doesn't seem to recognise that the payment has been made... any ideas on a way forward?

How long ago did you pay? It may take the system a few hours to update fully.

If it's showing as paid at the seller's end and it's still blocking you in the morning, you or the seller should contact ebay about it. You can ring them or request they ring you by viewing this link on your phone - not on a laptop or PC:
