I had to despatch a listing with DHL due to the size and weight of the 3 parcels that made up one listing, despite eBay forcing me to list with a single parcel on Simple Delivery (origianally listed as collection only - wish I'd kept it that way!). I added my order confirmation number by mistake, and now the item is just sitting there saying it's undelivered. It was delivered and signed for today by the buyer, but now I have no idea how to get paid. eBay's chatbot was useless, so I would really appreciate any help anyone can offer please.
