Overdue oder

My order has not arrived for almost two weeks now and I contacted the seller no response. I contacted ebay to help they were told my the seller that it will arrive and the case was put on hold. My order was a phone, no answer, no updates from the Royal mail tracker. Contacting the seller is now pointless when there is no reply.

Did you actually open an 'item not received' case through Ebay?

Once you do that, they will give you a date by which the phone should arrive and, if it doesn't, you have to go back to the case and ask Ebay to step in.

If the seller can't prove the phone has been delivered to you, Ebay can make them refund you.

Did you open an "Item not Received" dispute? If so, sometimes they will give the seller a little longer if the item is expensive, like a phone.

Have ebay given you a date after which you can escalate? Make sure you escalate as soon as you can, don't forget about it and keep your eye on all the dates they give you.

Yeah , ebay said i should wait till 14th of May, then they can escalate it.
