SELLER - Edit quantity - Dispatch time is required.

When in Seller hub - Manage variations and I try to change the Available quantity I get "Dispatch time is required".

When I press Edit listing I get "

Well, this is embarrassing.

We're sorry, but the listing tool isn't working right this second.

Please try again later."

I was able to change it inside the listing the dispatch time before and its asking my again every single time.

Its happening on most of the items. I have also tried to change the dispatch time in the account, but that didnt help.

I have sent email to eBay few times, but I get no reply from them.
