Unable to generate postage - Evri

I'm getting the "It was not possible to generate the label. An issue occurred while generating your postage label. Please try again in a few moments." error message when trying to generate a label.

Googling suggests logging out and back in, clearing cache and cookies, waiting... I've done all these steps with no change. Ebay suggest cancelling the order and getting the buyer to "re-purchase" the item, which seems a bit sketchy to me!

Anyone know a fix? Kind of need to get this item sent today before I go on holiday!

If this has just happened keep trying. It's been glitchy on and off all week but when it happened to me the other day it came back within an hour or so.

I see that eBay have just put up a banner message due to Evri issues... Now we play the waiting game, I guess!
