Payouts on hold

I received a message saying that my payouts are in hold because my bank details need updating. ( Even though nothing has changed from my side). I have tried many many times for FOUR days. I've even deleted my bank account details and added them again ( same account). After is says it's "Done" it goes shoes a " this page is missing" message.

I've just checked again and it still says that I need to update my bank details. I tried to message eBay , but the reply I received said " thank you for your suggestion, but as this has already been suggested, we won't be taking yours any further" (???). I can't find a working phone number for eBay Customer Service, there doesn't seem to be an online chat anymore and the automated system just seems to go around in circles! So frustrating! Any helpful suggestions to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!
