    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi..an item i recently purchased did not fit my motorbike..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So i requested a return&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The seller refused, then the case was closed and im unable to appeal..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know now i should have said item is not as described then seller would have to refund...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way around this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im over £200 down stuck with an item i cant use..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can only have one case per transaction on ebay but contact your payment provider and ask them about a refund or chargeback.&lt;/P&gt;
