Help for eBay removing an item I am selling

EBay said an item I am selling goes against their policy. I read the policy, it did not go against the policy, but I updated the wording in the listing to make it explicitly clear. EBay’s resolution thing said I could re-list the item as long as I updated the wording.

i made the required changes and relisted the item. EBay immediately flagged it as going against their policy again. When I appealed, they said I had lost the appeal but without offering an explanation (it does not violate their policy and there are plenty of other similar items on eBay) and if it was listed again i could lose my account.

what can i do now? The ‘get in touch’ button doesn’t help because it won’t let me contact a real human no matter what I type.

I'm sorry b ut there's little you can do.

If it has been removed twice you must not relist it as it could lead to serious selling restrictions.

If you wish to speak to an agent I'll admit it's not easy now but peeps are finding it possible on the app.

Contact them through the link below, it seems to be only an automated chat no Call Back option if using a desktop browser, but others have found a Call Back option on the app or mobile browser.

What was the item?

You are selling used baby items, some of these type of items are not allowed to be sold used by private sellers.
