      <description>&lt;P&gt;Firstly got my account permanently suspended out of blue!&lt;BR /&gt;All orders sent, all receipts recorded - 99.6% rating on 300+ orders.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Got asked evidence on postage - all provided with no faults, then just account suspended without no explaining.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Customer service SO RUDE - it's disgusting to be honest.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Everyone gives completely different information, feels like they don't know themselves what they are doing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Second thing I have funds left on my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Got told numerous times that I have to wait 180 days for them to be available.&lt;BR /&gt;Messaged them after this period, now they are saying - they won't release it! Like what on earth!&lt;BR /&gt;Again it's just so rude customer service!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Like why ebay does this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Literary got banned, absolutely no complaints from customers after and now they don't even give the money back that is legally mine? What should I do? Can anyone help!&lt;BR /&gt;I am looking to sue them through small claims court and report through FCA if I not finding any other solution, because no one should ever go through this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have all the evidence of that I did provide all the documents, I have all the customer service chats of each agent saying different things - showing complete incompetence and a BROKE SYSTEM they all follow.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;PS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Funny thing that they do have a seller protection while they LITERARY don't give a c**p about seller and in my 5 years being on ebay, they never did.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
