What evidence do you have, and what exactly has happened to your account, have you received a restriction?

As you do not appear to have ever received any feedback for selling, I think that as already advised, you are just completely out of touch with changes to selling procedures in recent times.

You simply need to update your account,

Suspicions of sabotage are unfounded.

Pardon i am referring to my wife's and mine s ebay id: jhochelleo624 . Last december After i made an appeal on ebay s case decision on buyer s favor , they were force to return the money they took from my bank to refund buyer £600+ . The buyer never returned the guitar he bought from me which is absolute bargain. I speak to several people in ebay s help and contact and even escalated it up to supervisors. They were forced to give my money back but after that my ebay selling performance and feedback rating drop significantly in an instant . Even though i am recieving positive feedbacks with no negative, my feedback rating / selling performance keep dropping , they not even promoting my items after i made that appeal. I tried requesting call back from help and contact couple of times but nobody get back to me.

It would have helped to explain the facts in the first place, instead of asking an unanswerable question about eBay "sabotaging" your account? And not even the account you used to ask the question!

Seller feedback and performance ratings are entirely automated. Your feedback rating is calculated on the number of positive and negative feedbacks received in the last year. So it will have dropped when you received a neg, but will go back to 100% when this is over 12 months old and ceases to be considered.

The same applies to your seller performance rating. This too is calculated on a rolling basis so any past performance problems will eventally be excluded from consideration. Whatever issues have caused it to drop should be evident from your seller dashboard

You did well to win an appeal over the £600 case after you had already been required to refund a buyer. This is quite a rare occurrence! We don't know when it happened, but is it possible that your seller dashboard still reflects this finding against you, even though you successfully appealed it?

If so this would be very unfair but I don't know how you could get them to change it if your previous requests have ignored. None of us can check your account - we are just other members like yourself. The only good news, as I said, is that your performance rating should eventually return automatically to its former level.

By the way, it's too late now but you could have had that neg removed if you has reported it to eBay within 30 days of receiving it. Buyers are not allowed to leave feedback that mentions eBay being involved in refunding them.

Your feedback was affected by the negative you received - and it is still over 98%.

Your rating for item description is 4.7, but those are from the ratings left by buyers. So, that seems to be an issue.

At the moment you have not got anything listed for sale.

As advised by another mentor, nobody from Ebay is sabotaging your account. There would be no point in talking to Ebay.

I would suggest, if you currently have anything to sell, you list it and see how it goes. Make sure you describe everything really carefully, pointing out any faults. Use lots of photos. If buyers message you with issues, respond promptly.

You can't really complain that you are not selling anything when you have nothing for sale.
