    <description>&lt;P&gt;The refunds takes at least 30 days to come through.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The only opt-outs allowed by ebay are for some letter or large letter items under £20/100g (excluding the buyer protection fee), for items of £750 or more, and for extra large/heavy items.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The alternative is to list with free postage, factor that cost into your item price and buy your own postage outside of eBay.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You can claim a refund for the unused label here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ive applied for refund for postage. Still not got it after 2 weeks. Whats the hold up?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also how do i remove the ebay simple delivery as its cheaper just to get a label direct.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Regiater correctly as a business seller and you don't have to use Simple Delivery which is mandatory for private sellers as sellers pay the fees&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You won't be able to mark it as despatched or change the tracking.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will need to open the Simple Delivery label to access the buyer's address and then apply for a refund as you have done before.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
