    <description>&lt;P&gt;When not signed in I am able to view items normally and access all content. However, when I sign in - the landing page is fine but I cannot view anything from there. The browser is constantly requesting data. I have tried all browsers, several devices and deleted all cache/data. Nothing helps. I’m unable to buy/sell.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There was a&amp;nbsp; recent major eBay server issue affecting many, and it still seems to be impacting some accounts.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;eBay are aware,&amp;nbsp; and working on this,&amp;nbsp; but it is intermittent,&amp;nbsp; so perhaps try a little later on today,&amp;nbsp; or even tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However,&amp;nbsp; if it's the app that you're using, some peeps have found uninstalling and reinstalling the app , the account is then accessible.&lt;/P&gt;
