It's a ridiculous situation where eBay has banned the sale of CB radios using the 26.1-28MHz frequency band which encompassesz the only fully legal UK band of 27MHZ

Why does the AI keep removing my listings for legal UK FM CB Radios?

The usual reason is not the “fake” that ebay comes up with but VERO where the brand owner asks for an item to be removed.

Read here https://pages.ebay.co.uk/vero/

Probably because either you or eBay's AI has misundertstood the requirements that apply.

You can only read very carefully whichever of eBay's policies describes this, to discover where AI may have got it wrong.

Then take your evidence to customer support, although it can be very hard to challenge eBay's AI. If your complaint proves to be correct it's likely to be above the pay grade of eBay customer support to remedy this.

ridiculous situation where eBay has banned the sale of CB radios using the 26.1-28MHz frequency band which encompassesz the only fully legal UK band of 27MHZ

Presumably the problem lies in the fact that the banned frequency range encompass more than the standard range for the 40 legal channels for CB radio. Equipment capable of operating outside these channels can apparently cause interference with authorised public services frequencies.

Why the ban can't be applied only to frequencies outside the standard CB spectrum I don't know. You would probably understand this better than most of us do!

Whatever the reason you may face an uphill task trying to persuade eBay to review or revise its definition. Good luck anyway!
