    <description>&lt;P&gt;It might have been sent using Simple Delivery in which case ebay is on the hook for the refund, hence the additional time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have purchased a sewing machine (£200)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;was really looking forward to it… noticed Evri’s tracking never moved. That usually means they’ve lost the pack.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I reached out to Evri it was very painful, but Evri has sent me an email saying they’ve lost it, got in touch with eBay.. eBay say they can’t do anything until the delivery window ( bear in mind by this time I have been on the phone for over an hour )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have waited until the delivery window closed even though I had an email from Evri saying they’ve lost the sodden parcel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;once the delivery window closed I have asked for a refund and NOW they sent an email saying they decided to give more time for Evri to deliver ( the parcel that Evri said they’ve lost) I don’t know an other platform that is so careless and dismissive of such a huge mistake.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Amazon would never… I forgot why I stopped using eBay this was a great reminder.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
