    <description>&lt;P&gt;If the tracking on ebay has not updated it sounds like the seller didn't use ebay postage.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;That means you can still open a "not received" case after the estimated deilvery has passed.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Escalate 3 complete working days later to get a refund.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ive ordered from a seller on here who sent the package via royal mail, royal mail states that the package has been delivered but to the wrong address which they wont provide ofc due to gdpr. ive contacted the seller who seems to be a bit shady and now that i look at the profile with all its amazing reviews that happen to look the same im a bit concerned. ebay still says item potentially being deliverd next wednesday which is starnge. any thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
