You buy something like a set of tables. The seller sets up a delivery via DHL etc. It is "delivered" with a picture of some little box sitting in a spot that's not your house. Having been "delivered" you have to wait 2 weeks before ebay will start a suitable process and the sellers account has already been closed on about day 2. Gone without trace.
