I bought a IPhone through the eBay platform last July but it has been blacklisted last week as confirmed by Vodafone and also Apple. Is there a valid telephone number I can call at EBay re this or a valid email address to use. Everything seems so complicated and these webchats are not even helpful. Any advice folks!

Ebay give you 30 days to return an item using the Money Back Guarantee.

Outside of that period, they are not interested or able to help.

Contacting Ebay about this would have no purpose. sorry.

Sorry, but ebay won't help, their MBG is only for 30 days.

Payment provider will only help upto 120 days.

Unless it was a business seller, nothing you can do.

There is absolutely no point in thinking you can contact ebay to get it sorted out. Ebay is no longer interested once 30 days have passed.
