Got Scammed !!! [Please help I don't know what to do]

This is my first time getting scammed and I purchased an in-game item on roblox, the seller first asked me to cancel, then after that I was blocked and unfriended in the game and now the seller is ghosting me. Seller then refused a cancellation for the order.

Sellers do not have to accept a cancellation request.

Have you paid for the item? If you have, and the seller has a Returns Policy on their listing, on receipt of the item, you can return it for a full refund, but you'll need to pay for that tracked return postage.

If you haven't paid, the seller can issue you with an unpaid item case giving you a strike, after 4 days.

One strike will not affect your account, but if you gain another, you will not be able to buy from the majority of sellers for a full 12 months.

It's best not buy items that aren't tangible from any online seller except for the brand's own website.

Can you link us to the listing please and then we can work out best way for you to proceed to get your money back.

I haven’t paid, in the bank app it says the money is just put aside, and unfortunately I don’t know how but she did manage to decline the cancel.

also before she first told me to cancel the order because she thought it takes 1-2 weeks for the money to get to her, and then after she told me she’ll give me the item I purchase but then I realised she ended up blocking me on the game and then she ghosted me since

Okay, I've found the listing and, if you look at the delivery details, there's an estimated delivery date showing.

One day after the latest delivery date you can open an eBay item not received claim. Pop back here later if you need help with that.

That is the only thing worth doing, if seller does not refund within 3 days then escalate to ebay to take over.

Unless seller has tracked proof of delivery you win.
