    <description>&lt;P&gt;When an item(s)&amp;nbsp; does not arrive a reasonable time after its last estimated date for delivery you do not wait 2 weeks that's too long for a delayed item to suddenly appear and listen to no excuses from the seller but open a case for item not received and escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand for a full refund.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this was 4 separate purchases you need to open a case for each item.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Long story short, I bought 4x quantity of an item off someone. They never shipped it and had to sit through the 2 week process of waiting for it to be sorted, to only get a partial refund (Value of 1x) and now I have to chase Ebay up again so I can get my full money back. Bit of a joke?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Has this happened to anyone else? Have they resolved it quickly? Just so over this whole thing at the moment&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
