How do I chasnge my card for payments to one already registered on the system?

Also you must end your holiday listing, these are only allowed to be sold by registered business sellers

I have tried numerous attempts to change my saved card to allow me to
receive payments, but there is now function to allow me to do this, please
help?

You don't use a card to receive payments, you need to add your bank account and have it confirmed either with a small deposit from eBay takes around 5 days to receive the amount before you can confirm or by confirming direct access to your account at the time, this is quicker
