Hi I bought a g shock watch end of last month, the hands have stoped moving, it's with in the 30 day eBay warranty I msgd the seller but they wasn't interested, have I got a case or is it tough luck, thanks

If it's not fit for purpose and still within ebay's 30 day deadline then I'd say you definitely have a case.

Regardless of what the seller says you can start a return on here:

select "Item doesn't match description" and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

Instead of wasting time communicating with seller, why ever did you not go straight to opening a Not as described case.

You would probably have received a refund by now, have you never bothered to read the money back guarantee, there is a link to it on the right side of every listing.
