&lt;P&gt;Do you mean you opened a not received case, as that is how you deal with not received items. If so your case would close if tracking now shows as delivered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Getting ebay to look into this will be difficult, so I suggest contacting your payment provider and explain item not received and tracking provided is false. They are much more likely to investigate properly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If case is still open, as the tracking would need to satisfy ebay, and you really do not give enough information, &amp;nbsp;then escalate the not received case for ebay to sort out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi can anyone help me please?. I recently purchased an item and was expected to arrive by 21/4/26. The item when sent was untracked with no tracking number but after reporting it last week I've got up today to it saying it was delivered last week and has a tracking number. However when I have tracked it it isn't even my postcode. Trying to get help from eBay is a nightmare. Can anyone help me please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
