Hi I am facing hard to rank my listing on ebay as a new seller after getting 1 or 2 orders listing goes down with no reason. can someone help me in that?

you have 500 feedback as a seller with a 98.9% rating, that's not good.

You can try and get one of the recent negatives removed as it mentions ' Fake' this is against eBay's rules, the others are too old to challenge. It may not, and I don't think it will, remove that damaging defect which is bringing your selling standard down. Is it Below Standard ? You can check this on your seller dashboard.

Although the high number of neutrals you've also received doesn't damage your account directly, many also accuse you of selling fake items.

Hopefully you're not, but buyers may well read all, those comments and decide for themselves ! 🤔

According to ebay you are a Top Rated seller, which hardly matches up with having problems listing.

You need to look at your seller dashboard which will tell you more about your standing than anything that other members can see.
