    <description>&lt;P&gt;I find it odd that RM have tried to deliver 12 times, that is not the normal from them, unless something has changed in the past couple of months. Its usually three attempts then the item is held at the sorting office for 18 days (business days)&amp;nbsp; before being returned to the sender.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However if tracking shows attempted delivery as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/577958"&gt;@tobiasd4&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; you have nothing to worry about.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I sold an item and sent promptly. Royal Mail tracked 48 insured.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;almost a month later, buyer messages ‘item not received’&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I asked buyer, if their address listed on ebay, is correct.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I then checked with Royal Mail tracking, and it shows RM have tried to deliver this 12 times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;each attempt was ‘no answer’&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;buyer apparently arranged with RM to re deliver item, but Royal Mail advise that was met with no reply when delivery was attempted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Messaged the buyer - awaiting their reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;any collective thoughts, from the community ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As long as tracking shows attempted delivery, you won't have to refund.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Make sure tracking is added to case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
