    <description>&lt;P&gt;Join the club! WE had an issue a couple of weeks ago which (touch wood) has sort of resolved itself. The late shipping one we are aware of and non of us mentors know why this daft error is happening. I would check though your metrics to ensure you aren't penalised for a non late delivery.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>So Many Glitches</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don’t know what’s wrong with eBay over the last couple of months there have been so many problems and glitches. Not being able to sign out, getting new sign in page when in the middle of signing in, not receiving authentication codes, getting ’send offer to buyer’ notices when no buyer is watching an item, not getting ‘send offer’ when item does have watchers. And now the icing on the cake; getting an email telling me I’m late shipping an item when the item was cancelled and refunded 5 days ago. Anybody else pulling their hair out at the minute???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The order had been cancelled and refunded, on the same day it was purchased, which makes it even dafter. I contacted customer services and they said they’d taken care of it but I will check just to make sure.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
