    <description>&lt;P&gt;As advised, the buyer paid Ebay direct for the postage so the buyer will be refunded by Ebay.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is no way to claim the postage back if you paid at the Post Office.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you usually print your labels to stick on your parcels?&amp;nbsp; Sellers are not usually forced to use a QR code, generally you can either print your label or choose to use the QR code.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;my item sold with a qr code I cannot deal with these so the customer gave me the postal details so he paid p\p cost but I also had to pay so I now want a refund from ebay..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your buyer paid eBay for the label if you didn't use it the buyer will be refunded for the postage they paid&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This is what eBay say:&lt;/P&gt;
