Why can't I set up a promotion, it worked for me before?

Simple enough does the option not appear near the bottom of your listing form?

No nothing there like before, and wen I'm listing new item, there no choice for promotion.

You may have been able to promote that item before but not now because, promotion boosts the item to the top of the search lists, so eBay monitor each category as to to how many they can allow. If every single application was accepted, there would be no point.

So if it's not there for your item, it's currently, not available for that category.

thank you for your time.
I spoke with a guy on the ebay chat yesterday but problem is not resolved.
Problem is I have 3 order already refunded and old over 90 days and this is still on the defect transaction and this kick my percentage up, BELOW standard.
I asking him for the remove but nothing happened.

If your account is below standard that may be why you can't promote your items, the defects will stay on your account for 12 months not 90 days
