&lt;P&gt;From following up with the vouchers team they have advised that vouchers are being issued. If you have accepted through the banner on your account or notification on the app these should still opt you into the promotion.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Vouchers are normally issued within 2 weeks of the qualifying orders. Some vouchers are taking longer to be issued which can happen when there is a higher volume going through. Once the vouchers are issued they need to be used within 7 days.&amp;nbsp; After this timeframe they are no longer valid. It has been found that vouchers have been on the account when the user has not noticed and as a result it cannot be used as the timeframe has passed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To check for the voucher, check that you have the necessary marketing email preferences turned on, on your account. These can be found through account settings&amp;gt;communication preferences&amp;gt;marketing communications.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the desktop clicking on My eBay &amp;gt;Summary should show if any vouchers are available&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the app it will be on the homepage part or the notifications&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We are not able to check for individual account vouchers here as its a public platform so further follow up needs to be done through the regular customer support channels.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
