Hi all

recently tried to return an item of poor quality,seller hasnt issued a return label but told ebay that he has,im now stuck in a loop with no option to ask eBay to step in

I am sure that him telling ebay he has issued a label, will not fool anyone. If as you say he has not sent a label, then he has not paid for one either so ebay would know he has not sent a label.

I would suggest going to the return case you have opened and escalate to ebay.
