      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, looking for some advice! I purchased a foldable baby highchair back in February. A few days ago I received a safety recall notice to inform me to stop using this product immediately as there is a concern of a serious injury and to 'destroy' this product. As suggested by eBay, I have contacted the seller both through eBay messaging and email and I have had no response. eBay customer service have stated that because it has been over 30 days since I purchased the product, the money back guarantee is not eligible. I am very shocked by this, as I purchased this product in good faith and it is obviously out of my control when this had been made aware. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to receive my money back?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
