Buyers address appears incomplete

Hello. I need to post an item I’ve sold by tomorrow latest. The address given is a possible business name followed by a road name, the area and the postcode, which isn’t recognised on Google maps.

Google streetview shows it’s a residential road with no shops. The buyer hasn’t responded to email via eBay, or text to his mobile requesting a house number.

Has anyone any advice as I don’t want a strike against my name for not posting in time if the buyer doesn’t get back to me. And the help questions and AI customer service cannot answer my question either.

Probably best to cancel/refund the transaction via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list. Use the reason "problem with buyers address".
