      <description>&lt;P&gt;Seemingly the Call Back option has disappeared and we're waiting to hear if this is a temporary glitch or permanent.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Probably quicker to come back here and explain exactly what happened, which case was opened,&amp;nbsp; was it opened on time, escalated on time, etc.&amp;nbsp; someone here then can hopefully help you.&lt;/P&gt;
