&lt;P&gt;Just to confirm, did you place an order and after paying that same amount, you she a duplicated charge? If so, I've seen this before, and normally the second charge is not an actual charge, but some sort of hold within your bank account, they are normally classified as "unclaimed by the merchant" or similar, since you paid for the order already, we wouldn't claim it again, so what happens is that after few days, your bank automatically reverse the funds for that amount that is being held, so you wouldn't need to do anything. The amount of days this might take vary depending on each banks processing times.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A charge of £21.59 from eBay to my card,twice,seller says eBay deals with it (simple seller). Bank says contact seller.I bought one item for £21.59 which I want,but how has this happened? And how can I resolve? Just seems so unusual.Thanks for any advice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
